Founded on a foundation of community building, event strategy, and collaborative learning, Matt Gray and The Gray Are have evolved from focusing solely on event production into a consulting practice rooted in employee experience and leadership development. Drawing on hands-on leadership work and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitation, we help organizations deepen connection, improve problem-solving, and strengthen team dynamics through creative, experiential approaches.
